The new CTC MINI/MIDI cordless compact dust extractors
Festool is expanding its 18-volt range with two cordless compact dust extractors: The CTC MINI and CTC MIDI. Whether for mobile sawing, sanding or drilling, the compact on-site extractors fit perfectly into the Festool 18-volt system to help create a mobile, dust-free and healthy working environment.
The CTC dust extractors are perfectly coordinated to Festool cordless tools, with innovative Bluetooth® autostart or the practical remote control ensuring perfect interaction between the cordless tool and the extractor.
Both extractors excel thanks to the 36-volt turbine that utilises two 18-volt battery packs, meaning they rival the corded versions. Suction can be adjusted to three levels according to the application, which can then increase battery run time.
Festool has equipped the extractors with manual dedusting, so the suction power can be quickly and easily recovered when the filter or filter bag is clogged. This significantly increases the maximum achievable fill level.
Both extractors are fitted with an ultra-robust suction hose and offers extremely flexible handling, whilst also gliding gently over every edge. Its conical geometry ensures improved suction power.
“This makes our new cordless Systainer extractors the ideal partners for all service work and small tasks, as well as occasional spontaneous use as there’s no need to search for a plug socket,” says Andreas Buck, at Festool.
Everything fits inside the system: Extractor, smooth suction hose, cordless tool, and T-LOC Systainer connection. The innovative Bluetooth autostart function, or the convenient remote control on the suction hose, ensure perfect interaction between the cordless tool and the extractor.
Trip-proof and independent
The compact design, low weight and cordless power mean the compact dust extractors are great partners for every day use. The large internal hose holder makes it very easy to stow the suction hose, ensuring safe and clean transport.
